About the Founder
My name is Roxana Dancof, and I didn’t wake up one fine morning deciding to be a Behavioral Identity Consultant because it sounded interesting. I created this name, this concept and even a new methodology out of necessity and personal experience.
That is how The S.I.G.N.A.L. Method™ was born.
That is how Behavioral Identity Consultant was created.
That is how everything you see here was built.
My work acts as a bridge between two worlds: deep spiritual principles and raw material execution.
I don't use spiritual tools for abstract concepts, but as precision instruments to repair the hidden leaks in your energy, logic, and leadership.
I went through this entire process myself to build a complete map—one where you can find everything you need to bring your inner world and your outer success into sync.

My Vision
We look around and wonder why the world feels like it’s falling apart!
Not from natural forces beyond our control, but from the shadow of unchecked ego, the thirst for hollow power, and a devastating lack of empathy for our planet and its people.
We wonder why we're all so exhausted, so stressed, so empty, even though on paper we're "fine." We think that's just "life".
But is it?
The truth is... we are simply acting out roles that don't fit us.
We live in a world where we hold the controls...yet look at what we are choosing to do with that power!

We hold the controls to our own lives, yet we spend every single day doing what we are “supposed” to do, rather than who we actually are, and what exactly we want.
My long-term vision is to shift the culture of leadership from the inside out. I don't claim to have reached the peak yet, but I am doing everything in my power every single day to get there and to work with the people who hold the power—the leaders, the decision-makers, the public figures and the builders.
By transforming the individual at the wheel, we automatically transform the businesses, the teams, and the structures they control. That is how the world changes: not through theory, but through a domino effect of real, aligned authority.
